With renovation complete, students, faculty and parents celebrate the grand reopening of Louise Van Meter Elementary School.
Van Meter students scream with delight as white doves pass over their heads. The doves were released by Laurie Bialick of Monte Sereno's Avian Joy, a dove releasing business, during a ceremony commemorating Van Meter's grand reopening celebration on Jan. 21.
