The Los Gatos Town Council unanimously voted on Jan. 20 to adjust health insurance cash allocations for staff members. Currently, management employees of the town are provided a cash allocation to purchase benefits, including medical, dental and vision. Employees who do not spend the entire amount are eligible to receive cash back. Under the proposal adopted by the council, the January 2004 cash-back levels will be frozen at the 2003 levels.
