Intero Real Estate Services will present a free community seminar, "The Art of Gracious Living," on Feb. 26, 6­7:30 p.m., at the Intero office, 518 N. Santa Cruz Ave., Los Gatos.

The seminar will feature Shirlee Walker of Shirlee Walker Interior, whose focus will be on color and the role color plays in the home. Walker will offer a slide presentation to help attendees understand how color can be used in home decorating.

Coldwell does its part

Coldwell Banker Northern California participated in a successful campaign this past December to support the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots drive and the Emergency Housing Consortium's Operation: One Warm Coat.

It marked Coldwell Banker's 16th year of involvement in the Toys for Tots program and the company's eighth year of participation in the coat drive.

In all, Northern California branches of Coldwell collected more than 6,100 toys and more than 1,300 coats.
