Under 21 Club to open Feb. 29 at Bar and Grill

The Under 21 Club will present a teen nightclub Feb. 29 from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Los Gatos Bar and Grill. The club is open to any high school student with valid school identification, and the first 200 people will be admitted for free. Live music, food, a lounge area, a big-screen television and pool tables will all be available. There is a $3 entrance fee. The Los Gatos Bar and Grill is located at 151/2 N. LG­MS police recruiting volunteers

The Los Gatos­Monte Sereno Police Department is recruiting citizens to join its Volunteers in Policing program. Positions are available in nearly all departments.

VIPs are required to work a minimum of four hours per week. Incoming volunteers must attend a 20-hour academy scheduled for March 29 through April 1, 6­9 p.m. each day. The deadline to apply is March 12. For more information, contact Gwen C. Cross at 408.354.6842.

League forum for candidates is canceled

The League of Women Voters candidate forum for the 21st Assembly District scheduled for Feb. 18 at 7 p.m. in Los Gatos has been canceled.
