Police Report
Vandalism—Feb. 25, 11:56 p.m. An unknown individual smashed a window of a black Ford Explorer parked on Lynn Avenue. The owner of the car heard the alarm and noticed the damage when he went out to check the car.

Assault, battery—Feb. 23, 4:27 p.m. A driver got into a fight with another man over an unknown issue. The second driver left in a blue vehicle with a woman wearing a neck brace sitting on the passenger side. The first driver remained at the scene.

Person down—Feb. 22, 6:28 p.m. An Asian man was found on Wedgewood Avenue with a head wound. The subject was transported to a medical facility in Palo Alto by emergency services.

Domestic violence—Feb. 22, 4:21 a.m. A man said that he had been arguing with his wife about a divorce. His wife then went into the bathroom, locked the door and threatened to kill herself with an overdose of insulin. When she heard her husband on the phone with the police, she came out of the room and said that her husband was lying about the suicide attempt. When police arrived, they found that the wife had hit her husband several times while they were arguing. The wife has been previously arrested for spousal abuse. Police took the wife into custody, and she was booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail for spousal abuse.

Threats—Feb. 21, 1:20 p.m. A woman received a number of threatening calls from an unknown man. The man said he would come to the residence and kill all the occupants who lived there. He also asked for the woman's grandmother, who used to live at the home. The man specifically identified the address of the woman's home. He spoke in Spanish and English.

Suspicious person—Feb. 21, 11:47 a.m. Occupants of a car in the area of Eaton Lane were getting out and knocking on doors in the neighborhood. They appeared to be casing the area.

Disturbance alarm—Feb. 20, 10:46 p.m. A man heard yelling in another apartment in his complex on Oka Lane. The man pointed police to the apartment when they arrived. The couple inside the apartment said that they were just playing a game of Super Mario and things got a little out of control.

Solicitor—Feb. 20, 8:23 p.m. A man in his early 20s was seen around Bel Crest Drive, soliciting money. The man said he wanted to go to Europe.

Citizen assist—Feb. 20, 4:14 p.m. A mother accidentally locked her child in her vehicle. The child was 18 months old and was unable to open the doors from the inside. The parents called AAA to come unlock the car.

Assault with a deadly weapon—Feb. 20, 1:34 a.m. A patron at Mountain Charley's on N. Santa Cruz Avenue was hit in the head with a bottle by another patron. The attacker left the bar before police arrived.

Drunk in public—Feb. 20, 1:25 a.m. A 19-year-old Los Gatos High School student was seen passed out on the side of a road. He was still breathing but not conscious. He later woke up and his parents took him home.
