commissions
have vacancies

Positions are available on several commissions in the town of Los Gatos. Applicants may apply for the community service commission, parks commission or rent advisory committee. The Los Gatos Town Council appoints members to these boards and commissions. In most cases, members are required to be residents of the town. The application deadline is March 26.

Monte Sereno
offers WiFi
Internet access

Monte Sereno City Councilman Mark Brodsky is spearheading an effort to offer WiFi high-speed Internet access to all residents in the city and surrounding areas for as low as $29.99 a month. He said the program would relieve slow and costly broadband Internet connections.

coffee session

Monte Sereno Mayor Erin Garner will host "Coffee with the Mayor" for interested residents to discuss neighborhood concerns March 12 at 9:30 a.m. The informal event will take place at Monte Sereno's city hall, 18041 Los Gatos­
