Gutman makes
honor roll
at Cornell

Hayley Gutman, a 2003 honors graduate of Los Gatos High School, was named to the academic honor roll at Cornell University for the 2003 fall semester. Gutman, a freshman, also participates on Cornell's Division I gymnastics team, where she currently holds the new school record on the balance beam of 9.850. She is the daughter of Jeff and Mimi Gutman of Monte Sereno and is double majoring in textile design and pre-medicine.

NMF seeking
auction items
for October

The Los Gatos High School New Millennium Foundation's fourth annual auction will take place Oct. 8. The foundation is seeking donations, services and items for its fundraiser. mermaid tale

Westmont High School, 4805 Westmont Ave., is hosting its spring musical Once on This Island, based on the novel My Love, My Love by Rosa Guy. Performances are April 2­3 and 8­10. Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door. Students with valid identification cards receive a $2 discount.
