The Los Gatos Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office ranks No. 1 in Northern California and No. 2 worldwide in sales volume and overall performance, according to managing broker Ryan Iwanaga.

The Los Gatos office recorded more than $1 billion in area home sales and represented more than 1,500 buyers and sellers. The office was also No. 1 for mortgage volume in the Northern California region and No. 3 worldwide for Coldwell Banker, added Iwanaga, who accepted the accolades at the recent Coldwell Banker International Business Conference in Las Vegas, Nev.

Layton has more than eight years of experience in financial planning and tax consulting and worked as a trainer and business consultant for companies such as Tyson Foods, Hewlett-Packard and Cisco Systems.
