The Coldwell Banker office in Saratoga has been recognized as No. 2 in performance and No. 3 in gross commission for the company's Northern California region. The numbers rank the Saratoga office No. 7 worldwide in overall performance and No. 6 worldwide in gross commission among Coldwell Banker offices.

The award was presented during the Coldwell Banker International Business Conference, hosted recently in Las Vegas, Nev. Mike James, Coldwell Banker Saratoga managing broker, accepted the award on behalf of his sales team.

McKay claims top
real estate honor

Ralph McKay of Coldwell Banker's Saratoga office was named one of the company's International President's Elite award winners, an honor bestowed upon only 4 percent of the more than 113,800 Coldwell Banker sales associates throughout North America.

McKay is a longtime resident of Saratoga, a former school district superintendent and a highly recognized real estate broker.
