Amy Weich and Thad Corbett have announced their intention to wed on July 10 at Lake Tahoe. Weich is the daughter of Caralee Weich, stepfather Phil Loveless and the late Floyd Weich and is a 1992 graduate of Los Gatos High School. She received her bachelor's degree in the social sciences from Cal Poly­San Luis Obispo and works as a health-care recruiter for Good Samaritan Hospital.

Her fiancé is the son of Thad Corbett Sr. and Barbara Corbett of Santa Cruz. He graduated from St. Francis High School in Mountain View and received his degree from San José State University. He is the project manager at Pacific Underground Construction.

The couple plans to reside in Willow Glen.
