Burglary —Sept. 7, 1:40 p.m. A resident reported that someone had pried open the rear sliding glass door of a Bicknell Road residence and stolen jewelry from a dresser drawer. Two nylon foot stockings were found near the front gate of the home.
Assault and Child Endangerment —Sept. 5, 1:16 p.m. A 28-year-old woman struck someone—who was holding a 2-year-old child at the time—in the head with a telephone. She was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and child endangerment.
Sexual Battery —Sept. 4, between 9 and 9:30 p.m. A 19-year-old man allegedly locked an 18-year-old woman inside a vacant Blossom Hill Road apartment, forcefully kissed her and touched her buttocks. When the woman got out of the room, the man fled the scene. Her friend later notified police.
Burglary —Sept. 1, 2:19 p.m. A woman stole a leather purse from a N. Santa Cruz Avenue dress shop and fled. She is described as white and in her early 30s.
Battery —Sept. 1, 9:30 a.m. An electrical subcontractor allegedly kicked one of his employees while on the job at Los Gatos High School. There were no students involved.
Vandalism —Sept. 1, between 8 and 8:27 a.m. A woman's vehicle was keyed for the second time in two weeks. She told police she suspects another employee at her office.
Annoying Phone Calls —Aug. 31, 2:08 p.m. A 33-year-old woman reported that someone called her cell phone claiming to be a friend of her father's. He said her father was in the hospital and not expected to survive. He called a second time and said her father had passed away.
