Sandy Decker walked toward the doors of the Los Gatos Town Council chambers surrounded by family and friends.  More As news spread last week of Antiquarium owner Shirley Henderson's death, friends and colleagues mourned the loss of a woman known for having her finger on the pulse of Los Gatos.  More Town Manager Debra Figone responded Dec. 6 to Town Clerk Marian Cosgrove's recent accusations that the office of elected clerk "was taken away" by town officials.  More
