Suspended License --May 31, 8:36 a.m. A driver was stopped on Garden Lane at Los Gatos Boulevard for reportedly not wearing a seatbelt. The 48-year-old man was discovered to be driving with a suspended license and there was a warrant for his arrest. He was booked into jail.
Missing Property --May 29, 9:59 p.m. Someone reported that a Fender Telecaster guitar was lost or stolen after it was used in a performance at a house party on Drysdale Drive between May 14 at 11 p.m. and May 15 at 5 a.m.
Theft --May 29, between 3 and 10 a.m. Someone removed the rear license plate and mounting screws from a vehicle parked in a carport on Castlewood Drive.
Drug Possession --May 29, 12:31 a.m. An officer contacted a man sitting inside of his vehicle next to the Goodwill trailer at Lark Avenue and Winchester Boulevard. The 20-year-old man was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, and a meth pipe was later found inside his vehicle. A records check revealed a $15,000 drug-related felony warrant issued by the San Jose Police Department and a $956 misdemeanor warrant issued by the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Department for a traffic offense. He was arrested and booked into jail.
Public Urination --May 26, 12:08 p.m. Someone reported that a man was urinating in some bushes in front of a building on Winchester Boulevard. Police arrived and cited the man for violating town code.
