Malicious Mischief--June 29, 7:13 a.m. On the evening of June 26, an unknown person spray painted and keyed an Acura while it was parked on Izorah Way.
Malicious Mischief--June 29, 7:40 a.m. On Los Gatos Boulevard, an unknown person damaged four company vehicles as well as employee vehicles in a parking lot of a business. Four vehicles and a power trailer were either spray painted, keyed, had the tires punctured and/or windows smashed.
Resisting Arrest--June 26, 7:12 p.m. A report of a person was taken on N. Santa Cruz for possibly being intoxicated, pushing people and bothering store employees. The individual was located by the police on N. Santa Cruz, and then fled on foot. He was chased, and then locked himself in a bathroom. After about 13 minutes of negotiating, the adult male was taken into custody and booked at jail.
Misdemeanor DUI--June 25, 2:11 a.m. A report was taken at Lark Avenue and Winchester Boulevard of a downed motorcyclist. The driver was found in the roadway trying to pick up his motorcycle from the intersection. The driver appeared to be intoxicated, and admitted to driving while drunk. The driver was taken into custody.
Battery--June 24, 9:22 a.m. At approximately 5:15 p.m. on June 24, a report was taken of a possible battery and terrorist threat. The victim stated that an individual spit in the victim's space and threatened to kill her. Statements were taken from several people including the person accused of spitting on the victim. The victim wanted to have the report sent to the district attorney for complaint review.
Arson--June 22, 8:14 p.m. A call was made at 5:10 p.m. regarding a possible arson attempt. An unknown person attempted to set fire to a garbage dumpster located on University Avenue. The fire was found and extinguished before too much damage occurred.
