Forgery--July 5, 9:36 p.m. A check forgery was reported on N. Santa Cruz Avenue. A person passed a stolen forged check at a store to pay for merchandise.

Theft--July 3, 3:41 p.m. A theft was reported on Avery Lane. An unknown person entered the vehicle and stole construction tools.

Theft--July 3, 1:47 p.m. An unknown person stole a purse from a shopping chart on Pollard Road.

Vagrant--July 2, 2:12 a.m. A 21-year-old male was found intoxicated in public on N. Santa Cruz Avenue. He was unable to care for himself and booked into the main jail.

Attempted Theft--July 1, 3:47 p.m. The report of an attempted theft of bottles of wine was reported on University Avenue. The wine was recovered and the juveniles fled on foot. At 4:29 p.m., another report was taken from a witness who saw the juveniles in the area again. The witness and other employees were able to catch one juvenile and the other fled. The juvenile was cited and released to his parents.

Malicious Mischief--June 26, 11:30 a.m. Between June 26 and June 27, an unknown suspect spray-painted the trunk, hood and side of a BMW on Frank Avenue.
