Theft —July 31, 6:18 p.m. A victim living on Via Encantada in Monte Sereno reported that an unknown person in Europe fraudulently accessed his bank account and withdrew funds.

Misdemeanor DUI —July 31, 4:23 a.m. A person was arrested for drunken driving after he was stopped for honking his horn on University Avenue and driving without lights on Edelen Avenue.

Malicious Mischief —July 30, 11:58 a.m. The officer was dispatched on the report of a possible vandalism on Milbrae Lane. It was determined that an unknown person damaged the juniper bushes on the street, using an unknown instrument.

Battery —July 30, 3:59 a.m. On Strathmore Place, a woman and her fiancé initially got into an argument at his house regarding a male friend of hers. The confrontation soon became physical with both parties claiming to be the victim.

Malicious Mischief —July 29, 10:26 a.m. An unknown person put two nails in the tire of a Mercedes parked on Grandview Avenue.
