In the Neighborhood: Marlene Bjornsrud is general manager of the CyberRays. She works out of the team's office at 1991 Park Ave. and says that she wants the administrative office to be a part of the neighborhood. She encourages youngsters to drop by and says the conference room is available for neighborhood groups.
