Neighborly Volunteer: Walt Bowman has been a resident of the Rose Garden neighborhood for more than 40 years. Like many of his neighbors, he volunteers in the neighborhood's namesake park, where on volunteer days, he prunes, deadheads roses and whatever other task he's called on to perform. The roses behind him are named for former actress Ingrid Bergman.
