Making Music: Hector Lopez, a.k.a. 'Mr. 21,' lays down a rap track inside Criminal Records' recording studio. Lopez is one of five local men who combined their talents to form the record label and produce the music. 'We take pride in what we do,' says Lopez. 'We put that quality into it. We're not into it just to say, 'Oh, we're going to be stars.' ... We're actually our biggest critics.'
