DeFrank Fans: Arlene Rusche (left) and her partner, Clara Brock, have been going to the Billy DeFrank Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center, which is celebrating its 23rd anniversary, at its various locations for more than two decades. 'For some people this is their only social outlet for the week; they come and they just sparkle. They talk and they laugh. It's really nice and it feels good to be with them,' Rusche says.
