Upgrade: Bob Cullen purchased the home at 1650 The Alameda designed by California's first female architect, Julia Morgan. For many years, historians believed the home, built in 1910, had been demolished because the city changed its street address. Cullen has been doing restoration work for months and is nearing completion.
