High altitude trips topic of program
Among the programs and workshops it offers to
the community, REI Saratoga has invited

Seven Summits: High-Altitude Adventures on
Every Continent" on Sept. 3 at 7 p.m.

Berg has guided more people to the tops of
the Seven Summits than any other mountain
climber. He will share slides and stories of
his adventures and will discuss what he's
learned about mountaineering and mountain
cultures over the past 20 years.
The event is free and open to people of all
ages. REI is in the El Paseo de Saratoga
shopping center. For more information, call
