Saratoga Foundation Simitian's formula SVACA proposal
Saratoga may be a step closer to establishing a community foundation, thanks to local residents and some additional help from outside sources.  More Spend less, collect more and do it now. This is Assemblyman Joe Simitian's formula for solving the state's budget crisis.
