Methamphetamine--On Nov. 6 at 2:26 a.m. on Saratoga-Los Gatos Road and Carnelian Glen Court. An officer observed a white BMW parked on Saratoga-Los Gatos Road. The driver said he was on probation for methamphetamine possession. He gave the officer consent to search the vehicle. The officer found a plastic bag containing methamphetamine.
Marijuana--On Nov. 5 at 3:30 p.m. on Highway 85 and Saratoga Avenue. An officer stopped a vehicle after the driver made several vehicle violations. The driver's license was expired and marijuana was found in the glove compartment.
Marijuana--On Nov. 4 at 4:40 p.m. on Quito Road and Pollard Court. An officer stopped a vehicle with an expired registration. The officer noticed an odor of marijuana. He searched the vehicle and found a glass pipe with marijuana on the console and a glass jar with marijuana under the front seat.
False Imprisonment--On Nov. 3 from 10:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Harriman Avenue. A person drove a female to San Francisco. The female asked the person several times to drive her back to school, but the person refused. The person exited the vehicle near the Golden Gate Bridge and walked away. The female called her parents to pick her up.
Disturbance on School Campus--On Nov. 2 at 1:36 p.m. on Prospect Road. Two students were involved in a fight during school hours. One student sustained minor scratches.
Vandalism--Sometime between 10 p.m. on Oct. 31 and 3:30 a.m. on Nov. 1 on Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road. A person went to check his vehicle in a store parking lot and discovered that the side window was damaged. The damage was estimated at $500.
Vandalism--Sometime between 5:45 p.m. on Oct. 3 and 10 a.m. on Nov.1 on Devon Avenue and McFarland Avenue. An unknown person used a rock to break the windshield of a truck. The right rear tire was slashed.
Grand Theft--On Oct. 29 at 10 p.m. on McCoy Avenue. A person met a female at a McDonalds restaurant and offered her a place to stay. The female locked herself in a room at the person's house for three days. She told the person that she was a hit woman sent to kill him for $10,000, but she could not go through with the contract. The female left the house. The person believes she stole a cell phone, CDs and DVDs for a total loss of $620.
