Burglary--Jan. 6, 1:30 p.m., 1000 block E. Arques Avenue. Suspect purchased stereo equipment at electronics store, then exited and put the equipment in his car. Suspect re-entered the store, took more of the same equipment, showed his original receipt as if he had just purchased it and exited the store. Suspect repeated the above ruse a second time. The equipment totaled $719.96.

Possession of a Dangerous Weapon--Jan. 6, 4:00 a.m., State Route 237 at Zanker Road. Suspect's vehicle was stopped and a club-like instrument was observed in plain view concealed between the front seat and the transmission hump.
