    Public Safety

    The following incidents were compiled from the log at the Sunnyvale Public Safety Department

    Auto Burglary--April 22, 6 p.m., 1700 block of Noranda Drive. An unknown suspect burglarized the victim's vehicle. The suspect pried open passenger window with fingers unlocked the door and went inside the victim's vehicle. Suspect removed the car stereo, exited the car and fled the scene.

    Grand Theft--April 23, 9 a.m., 200 block of Lime Drive. Unknown suspects stole two computer CPU's and sound system from local school.

    Bomb Threat--Monday, April 23, 700 block of El Camino Real, during the workday an unknown suspect left a message on a phone saying, "there is a bomb in your building." No bomb was found.

    Drug Paraphernalia--April 20, 5 p.m., 600 block of Azara Place. A possession of drug paraphernalia incident occurred. The suspect was contacted by a police officer after a getting a report of the suspect in a running parked vehicle for two hours. He had a methamphedamine pipe in his left short'' pocket. Suspect was cited and released.

    Forgery --April 20, 9 p.m., 200 block of W. Arbor Avenue. Suspect was arrested for forging two of his roommate's checks totaling $610. The victim had left his checkbook locked in his bedroom. Checks had been taken and made payable to the suspect.
