The following items were culled from reports filed by the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety.

Abuse-- Sept 25, 1 p.m., 100 block of Ahwahnee Avenue. Two men were arrested for spousal abuse and cruelty to a child. Both men were taken to Main Jail.

Burglary--Sept. 25, 1:15 p.m., 900 block of Henderson Avenue. A man was arrested for burglary and booked into Main Jail. Bail was set at $30,000.

Theft--Sept. 25, 6:30 p.m. 300 block of Sunnyvale Avenue. A woman was arrested for grand theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. She was booked into Main Jail.

Controlled substance--Sept. 24, 12:30 p.m., 200 block Eaglewood Avenue. A man was arrested for the transportation of a controlled substance, cultivating marijuana, possession of a controlled substance for sale and possession of paraphernalia. He was booked into jail and bail was set at $29,150.

Death threats--Sept. 22, 5:30 p.m., 1000 block of Crestview Avenue. A man was arrested for brandishing a knife and making death threats. He was booked into Main Jail.

False identification--Sept. 22, 8:30 p.m., 1200 block of Wildwood Avenue. An 18-year-old was cited for trying to purchase alcohol with a fake identification.

Controlled substance--Sept. 2, 6:50 p.m., 100 block of Weddell Drive. A woman was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of methamphetamines for sale. Bail was set at $10,500.

Embezzlement--Sept. 21, 1 p.m., 1000 block of Bordeaux Drive. A woman was arrested for embezzlement and forging company checks. Bail was set at $10,000.

Loaded firearm--Sept. 21, 5 a.m., intersection of Wolfe and Fairoaks avenues. A man was arrested for driving under the influence, driving with a loaded firearm and discharging a firearm in a negligent manner. Bail was set at $8,378.
