The following incidents were culled from reports filed by the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety.

Vandalism--Dec. 2--A caller reported a car driving in circles, tearing up the lawn in Raynor Park at 1565 Quail Ave. An officer arriving at the scene found the car and under it discovered dirt and fresh blades of grass. The driver was cited and released.

Petty Theft--Dec. 4--A man and woman were viewed on a department store's closed-circuit camera stealing about $400 worth of merchandise from the store on Sunnyvale Avenue. The two entered a fitting room with clothes and then exited without the goods. A bag containing the items was found under a baby stroller the two were pushing. They were arrested, cited and released at the scene.
