When domestic partners Skip Horne and Andy Ceperley were moving to the Bay Area several months ago, they chose Willow Glen, which has one of the biggest gay communities in the city. Horne and Ceperley, both from out of state, have nothing but praise for California, which recently passed a law extending inheritance rights to domestic partners.  More
