Possession of marijuana--On May 10 at 10:54 p.m. on Winchester Boulevard and San Tomas Expressway. Three males were found in possession of marijuana.

Auto burglary--Between May 10 at 9 p.m. and May 11 at 9 a.m. on Ravenscourt Avenue. An unknown person broke the window of a 1997 Toyota Camry and stole a Global Positioning System.

Arson--On May 10 at 3:17 p.m. on Cherry Lane. Two juveniles were observed lighting a plastic garbage can on fire. They were cited and released to the custody of their parents.

Battery--On May 10 at 11:20 a.m. on N. San Tomas Aquino Road. A woman was exiting her vehicle in a shopping center when a man pulled into the space next to her, nearly hitting her mother. The woman yelled at the man, who then proceeded to slap her across the face two times. The man was booked.

Indecent exposure--On May 9 at 9:14 a.m. on E. Hamilton and S. Bascom avenues. A 29-year-old man was seen masturbating in his car and was caught in the act by police officers. He was found with warrants totaling $10,000.

Assault--On May 8 at 7:30 p.m. on N. San Tomas Aquino Road. Officers received a report of possible physical abuse occurring at a residence.

Battery--On May 8 at 11:55 a.m. on W. Hamilton Avenue. A 39-year-old man assaulted another person and violated a peaceful contact order.

Battery--On May 8 at 11:30 a.m. on Hamilton Avenue. A man was struck in the mouth by his girlfriend.

Driving under the influence--On May 8 at 12:14 a.m. on Winchester Boulevard. A 27-year-old was found to be driving under the influence. She was arrested.

Auto burglary--Between May 7 at 7 p.m. and May 8 at 8:40 a.m. on Almarida Drive. An unknown person entered a Toyota and removed property.

Drunk in public--On May 7 at 2 p.m. on Poplar Avenue and Cypress Lane. A person was found to be drunk in public. The person was cited and released.

Battery--On May 6 at 10 p.m. on Connie Drive. A 15-year-old assaulted all his family members and broke the back bedroom window of the house. He was taken to juvenile hall.

Vandalism--Between May 6 at 7:30 p.m. and May 7 at 7 a.m. on Nido Drive. An unknown person smashed the right rear window of a 1999 Toyota Solara and removed a brown bag containing board games. A similar incident happened in the neighborhood the same evening.

Possession of meth--On May 6 at 3 a.m. on E. Hamilton and Harrison avenues. A 33-year-old was found with meth in his car during a probation search.

Battery--On May 5 at 10:45 p.m. on Marathon Drive. During an argument, a person grabbed another person. The person subsequently pepper-sprayed the other person in the face.

Drunk in public--On May 5 at 1:08 p.m. near Linda Drive and Connie Drive. A 15-year-old was causing a disturbance. He was found to be drunk in public and was released to the custody of his parents.

Battery--On May 5 at 7:51 a.m. on W. Hamilton Avenue. Two persons got into an argument resulting in one of them being slapped in the face.

Vandalism--Between May 4 at 10:30 p.m. and May 5 at 6:45 a.m. on Harriet Avenue. An unknown person cut the fuel line to a person's motorcycle and broke the windshield of the person's car with a rock.

Grand theft--Between May 2 and May 6 on E. McGlincy Lane. An unknown person entered a business and removed an envelope containing cash. The person then fled the scene.

Vandalism--Between May 2 and May 6 on Virginia Avenue. An unknown person cut down a 36-inch tree, damaging the irrigation timer and the roof of a play structure in the playground.
