Jewish lit program
at library
The Sunnyvale Public Library will present a series about Jewish literature starting in July thanks to a $2,500 grant from the American Library Association.
The ALA's program, called "Let's Talk About It: Jewish Literature," includes a scholar and guest speakers. It is also put on at other libraries throughout the country.
The theme will be "Your Heart's Desire," with books about love and relationships in modern society. The first presentation is set for July 16 and the program will run through November at the library, 665 W. Olive Ave., according to the ALA website.
